Middletown Police report the following incidents:
March 10
DISORDERLY CONDUCT, THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT — On 8:19 p.m., Mathew Warzecha, 45, of Woodbury Circle was at the scene of a domestic assault and seen stumbling while heavily intoxicated to the door The report says his daughter called 911 because he was fighting with his girlfriend who had dried blood on her mouth and a mark on her chest and was very drunk. Police say the two, who have been dating for 18 months, had been drinking all day and he wanted her to get him cigarettes so she went to the store with the daughter's boyfriend, but she too to long, according to the report. The victim vehemently denied being physically abused, however the daughter said the girlfriend is now allowed to "do as she pleases," and Warzecha grabbed her by her sweatshirt hood and "ripped" her to the ground, the report says. He kicked her in the chest, shoved her against the wall and lifted up up against it as well, the report says.
FAILURE TO DRIVE IN PROPER LANE, EVADING — At 5:14 a.m., Terrell Harts, 23, of Town Brook was involved in a car accident which damaged a utility pole and he left the scene, according to the report. He was found at home, police say, and admitted walking home.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH FINGERPRINTS, TWO COUNTS ASSAULT PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICER, THREATENING — At 1:51 p.m., police were called to the Middlesex Hospital emergency room for a patient, James A. Reynolds, 58, of Pomeroy Place, spitting at emergency room personnel after being brought in for intoxication. The report says staff were afraid as they had handled him before and he is violent.

OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM — At 6:36 p.m., Brendon T. Lynn, 23, of Long Hill Road was driving on Washington Street in a Jeep Grand Cherokee.
TRESPASS, INTERFERING WITH OFFICER, BREACH OF PEACE — At 12:30 p.m., Teresa M. Obenauer, 53, of no certain address was found in the vestibule of the apartments on Grand Street, according to the report, and said there were drugs in the building. The report says when a certain officer arrived she accused him of being a rapist, then moved one of her feet 12 inches to the side and said, "there, I moved," the report indicates.
OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED, FAILURE TO DRIVE IN PROPER LANE — At 11:05 p.m., Donna L. Mitchell, 47, of Pleasant Drive, Hamden, was driving an Acura TL on Newfield Street and crossed the double-yellow line several times, according to police. She told officers she had a "sneezing attack."
VIOLATION OF PROBATION — At 10:56 a.m., Joshua J. Hill, 19, of Johnson Street was in a fight with his sibling and found with an outstanding warrant.
VIOLATION OF PROBATION — Cecilio Toledano, 27, of Twist Street, Meriden, was found with an outstanding warrant from New Britain following an unwanted person report at Bridge Street.

OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, FAILURE TO HAVE TAIL LAMPS — At 9:08 p.m., Carl Brown, 50l of Wall Street was driving a Dodge Stratus on Ridge Road with a broken tail light.
VIOLATION OF PROBATION, SECOND- AND FIRST- DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 1 p.m., Thomas A. Zink, 22, of Palmer Circle, Cromwell, was picked up by police at the Eastern Drive commuter lot on several outstanding warrants from Middletown, Berlin, West Hartford and Wethersfield police.
