PD: Man Had Twinkies, Chocolates, Lollipops Loaded With Marijuana

A traffic stop led Middletown Police to the discovery of $3,500 in cash, hash oil and dozens of sweets made with marijuana — all of which the suspect claimed his mother had given him that evening.
