Middletown Police report the following incidents:
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On Nov. 1 at 5:53 a.m., a victim came to police headquarters saying she was out at a bar with her friends and came home to her husband of four years, Dominick Beadles, 31, of High Street, who was angry she was home so late, the report says, they fought verbally, the report says, for two hours. She then went to sleep. Beadles became angry after finding out about a sexual encounter with his cousin, the report says, and kicked in the victim's bedroom door, grabbed her and forced her to leave, the report says.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT, THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT — On Oct. 30 at 10 p.m., Michael Perkins, 31, of Plaza Drive, was found with an outstanding warrant.
SECOND-DEGREE LARCENY, SECOND-DEGREE FORGERY — On Oct. 29 at 11:30 p.m., Hidayet Sari, 49, of Baldwin Street, West Springfield, Mass., was at Roberto's Restaurant on Saybrook Road and found with an outstanding warrant.
DUI, OPERATION WHEN LICENSE IS SUSPENDED — On Oct. 29 at 1:20 a.m., Omar Pacheco, 31, of Hamlin Court was driving on High Street when an officer saw him cross the double yellow line, almost hitting the cruiser, the report says. He did not have a drivers license, smelled of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet with red and watery eyes, police say. He failed a sobriety test and refused two others, then refused a chemical breath test.
OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE IS SUSPENDED — On Oct. 28, Antonio Outlaw, 39, of Julia Terrace was seen by an officer speeding on Grand Street and a broken car window. The report says his license was suspended since March 7. He told police he celebrated his birthday the day before and that's why he smelled of alcohol and had smoked weed earlier in the day.
OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, FAILURE TO DISPLAY PLATES, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM — On Oct. 27, Fabricio M. Tutillo-Quishpe, 24, of Hartford Road, Brooklyn, was driving on Main Street without a front plate. The other plate belonged on another car which was not registered or insured.
OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, OPERATION WHEN LICENSE IS SUSPENDED, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM — On Oct. 27, William D. Bressler, 23, of High Street, Baltic, was driving on Spring Street without a front plate. The other plate belonged on another car which was not registered or insured. His license was suspended since May 9, 2007, the report says.
INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM — On Oct. 27, Charles H. Higgins, 54, of Suffolk Court, Meriden, was driving on Washington Street with a missing rear window covered in plastic. His registration and insurance were expired, the report says.
OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, OPERATION WHEN LICENSE IS SUSPENDED — On Oct. 27, Randy Baez, 28, of Capitol Avenue, Hartford, was driving on Main Street with heavily tinted windows, a cancelled registration and license suspended since Aug. 24.
OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, OPERATION WHEN LICENSE IS SUSPENDED — On Oct. 27, Ashley E. Schonagel, 23, of West High Street, East Hampton, was driving on Spring Street at Rome Avenue with a broken tail light and the front passenger wasn't wearing a seatbelt, the report says. The registration was expired on June 16, 20111, and her license was suspended Feb. 20, 2008.
INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, FAILURE TO DRIVE RIGHT — On Oct. 26, Peter Bafumie, 57, of Liberty Street was driving at a low rate of speed and crossing the center yellow line on Westfield Street, police say.
SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — On Oct. 25 at 9:02 a.m., Walter Chojnacki, 43, of no certain address, Old Lyme, was seen driving a car on Route 9 north while officers were looking for him with an outstanding child support warrant from Old Saybrook Police.
SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — On Oct. 26 at 9:51 p.m., police saw a Scion TC parked in Melilli Plaza and a check revealed the owner had a suspended drivers license from Aug. 26, the report says. Ann K. Dorflinger, 19, of East Street, New Britain, was found with an outstanding warrant.
OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, AND WITHOUT MINIMUM INSURANCE — On Oct. 22 at 7:31 a.m., Jeffery M. Koller, 33, of City Avenue, New Britain, was in a Honda parked on Pearl Street blocking traffic. The report says Koller told the officer he stopped to send a text message and was going to work in Portland. His registration was expired since April 11.
OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, OPERATION WHEN LICENSE IS SUSPENDED, AND IN VIOLATION OF LICENSE CLASSIFICATION — On Oct. 18 at 12:25 p.m., Glenn London, 26, of Coleman Street, West Haven, was driving an Acura on Main Street near Washington Street.
INTERFERING WITH OFFICER — On Oct. 17 at 11:24 p.m., police looking for a man with an active warrant for home invasion, fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child on Oct. 11, 2011. They found Dimar Velasco, 32, of Grove Street trying to sneak out of the home and then hiding in a closet inside the apartment and refusing to leave, then resisted officers' holding his arms. He was identified with a Mexican passport, the report says.
