November Arrests
Salvatore Pizzuto, 19, 14 Prout Hill Road, Middletown, was charged with third-degree assault on Nov. 30 stemming from an incident on Nov. 11. Pizzuto posted a $10,000 surety bond. Court date: Dec. 5.
Oswald Johnson, 31, 299 Long Lane, Middletown, was charged with driving an unregistered car, improper use of a marker plate, not having proper insurance and driving with a suspended license on Nov. 23. He was also picked up for a charge of second-degree failure to appear out of Norwalk, police said. Johnson was released on a promise to appear in Middlesex Superior Court on Dec. 12.
Dec. 1
Brian McDonough, 47, 98 Liberty St., Middletown, was charged with disorderly conduct on Dec. 1. He posted a $1,000 non-surety bond. No information available on his court date.
Tyler Schoffstall, 21, 744 Millbrook Road, Middletown, was charged with evadinging responsibility on Dec. 1. Schoffstall was summoned to appear in Middlesex Superior Court on Dec. 7.
Tyeri L. Green, 23, 120 Rose Circle, Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on Dec. 1. Green was held on a $250,000 surety bond. Court date: Dec. 3.
