Middletown Police report the following incidents:
TWO COUNTS SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — On Dec. 5 at 6:40 p.m., Stephen Anderson, 20, of Ferry Street was found with two outstanding warrants.
VIOLATION OF PROBATION — On Dec. 3 at 6:01 p.m., Willie E. Perry, 47, of Julia Terrace turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
OPERATE UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS — On Dec. 2 at 10:36 a.m., Sherry E. Whitney, 41, of Commerce Street, Portland, was driving a Nissan Sentra on Main Street without stopping for the red light at Dingwall Drive, the report says. Whitney told police she had been stopped the week before by state police for an expired registration.
SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY — On Nov. 26 at 8:14 p.m., police were called to Jerry's Pizza on South Main Street about an argument over a stolen iPhone. The report says Brian Rybitwa, 25, of Randolph Road had taken the phone from the restroom and it was found outside near his car in the parking lot.
