Middletown Police report the following incidents:
Jan. 28
ILLEGAL OPERATION UNDER SUSPENSION — At 5:55 p.m., Brandon Bullock, 26, of Silver Street was driving a Toyota Camry on Russell Street too fast for icy and snowy conditions, the report says.

OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE — At 5:21 p.m., Sharon Thomas, 35, of Long Lane Road was driving a Nissan Altima on Main Street
FAILURE TO CARRY INSURANCE CARD, OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE — At 7:25 p.m., Paul I. Bradley, 34, of New Haven Avenue, Milford, was driving a Dodge Ram pickup on Main Street with a broken rear marker light. His license was suspended Aug. 15, 2012, the report says.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 8:19 p.m., Jason L. Curtis, 39, of Prospect Street was banging on the second-floor tenant's door, demanding money for rent, the report says. Curtis, the building's landlord, woke up the tenant's 4-year-old sleeping child on another floor, the report says, and this is not the first time he has done so. In the past, police say, Curtis was told to deal with the marshal about tenant issues. He admitted to doing so, police say, but asked, "what am I supposed to do, I need to talk to them?"
FAILURE TO RESPOND — At 10:50 a.m., Angela O. Roberts, 38, of Lawler Road, West Hartford, turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.

OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE, AND UNREGISTERED VEHICLE — Police saw Jose D. Dosreis, 57, of Bailey Road driving an SUV toward the back of Spencer School on Bailey Road at night when the school was closed. Police say his license was expired on March 18, 2012.

ILLEGAL OPERATION UNDER SUSPENSION, FAILURE TO RENEW REGISTRATION — At 5:39 p.m., Norman P. Therrien, 34, of Bacon Avenue was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Main and Green streets with a registration expired on Dec. 29, 2012.
FAILURE TO HAVE TAIL LAMPS, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, OPERATE UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE — At 5:09 p.m., Alfio M. Rubino, 33, of Tarragon Drive, East Hampton, was driving a Jeep Liberty on Main Street with a broken tail light.

OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE AND UNREGISTERED — At 7:12 p.m., Shari LeMair, 53, of Warwick Street was driving a Dodge Neon on East Main Street near Silver Street with a plate reported stolen on Dec. 6, 2012. The report says the passenger, Edgar Taylor Jr., 54, of Braeburn Lane, was seen stuffing a clear baggie with 2.3 grams of marijuana inside into a purse. She was charged with the above and Taylor for theft of a number plate and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
