Middetown Police Report the following incidents:
March 20
SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS, INTERFERING WITH OFFICER, BREACH OF PEACE — At 8:20 p.m., police were called to the Park Washington Apartments owned by Wesleyan University for an unwanted person. Inside, police found Kurt L. Wright, 45, homeless, of the Eddy Shelter or warming shelter, on a staircase acting very irrational and uncooperative. The report says he had an Alabama ID card and refused to leave, insisting he was there to see "Smoking Joe."
SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At 3:45 p.m. Rachel Merritt, 26, of Green Street turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.
THIRD-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — At 11:33 p.m., police saw a blue pickup truck in the Melilli Plaza parking lot with a Jeep parked at an odd angle, seemingly preventing the truck from exiting. The report says the pickup was driven by Sebastiano P. Spada, 26, of Westwood Lane, Meriden, and the female in the Jeep told police they were arguing and he got something from his truck. The report says Spada become violent when angry and the female locked her doors to prevent him from entering so he kicked the door and power window, leaving it in a half-open position. Spada admitted to doing so, police say, adding, "haven't you ever been mad at your girlfriend before and just had to hit something?"

THREE COUNTS VIOLATION OF PROBATION — At 4:57 p.m., Tarivio Manson, 35, of High Street turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
March 18
OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED, RESTRICTED TURN — At 1:30 p.m., Jason Williams, 29, of Cynthia Lane was driving a Cadillac CST on Long Hill Road.
OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN REGISTRATION IS SUSPENDED — At 1:09 p.m., Oscal Solis, 52, of Birdsey Avenue was driving a Nissan Maxima on Vine Street.
March 16
OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED, DEFECTIVE WINDSHIELD — Brendon T. Lynn, 23, of Long Hill Road was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee on Prospect Street in front of a police officer with a cracked windshield, the report says.
March 10
OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN REGISTRATION IS SUSPENDED — At 6:44 p.m. Arthur Latronica, 63, of Chipeway Road, Middlefield, was driving on Grand and Prospect Street with a suspended registration from Georgia.
